Bcaregiver Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a demonstration version of its AI companion app (“App”), designed to support caregivers by offering information and guidance based on caregiving best practices. By accessing and using this demo app, you agree to the following terms:

**NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE:**

The App is intended to assist caregivers by providing general caregiving-related information and suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Users should not disregard, delay, or avoid seeking medical or professional advice due to information provided by the App. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or legal professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.

**NO MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT:**

The AI companion is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions. It does not create a patient-caregiver relationship between Bcaregiver Inc. and the user. The information provided is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for consultation with a healthcare professional.

**ASSUMPTION OF RISK:**

You assume all responsibility and risk for using the App. Bcaregiver Inc. is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided or for any decisions made based on it. The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties.

**LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:**

Bcaregiver Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. In any event, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

**NO EMERGENCY SERVICES:**

The App is not suitable for emergency situations. In the case of a medical or caregiving emergency, contact emergency services or a healthcare provider immediately.

**THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:**

The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., notifications), and we disclaim any liability for services provided by these third parties.

By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the App.
